We scan your environment to determine your needs in terms of support hours and level.
We appoint one account manager and one or more support specialist(s) to serve you.
Our knowledgeable and experienced specialist(s) will visit on a regular basis to monitor, finetune and improve your IT environment.
A point of contact (POC) from your organization will coordinate our alliance.
We can support you in person, by telephone, or through remote access online.
In case of emergency, we will respond quickly to address any concerns.
